Pulsating electronic beats, thunderous bass patterns and dynamic percussion provide the heartbeat of their recordings, lending a strange, intriguing intimacy to the tracks. It all collides with elaborate, crystallised guitars, intricate melodies and supressed vocals, leading to thrilling crescendos. Before you start thinking this is all some post-xx concoction, a track like ‘Arrows’ will all of a sudden erupt into another being altogether.
