News Courtney Love Joins Oxford University Conservative Association

Sound the mad alarm. Courtney Love has been made a 'Non-Executive Officer For Rock And Roll' by the Oxford University Conservative Association.

Mrs Cobain is a Tory.

The Hole frontwoman accepted the honour by attending the university's Port & Policy debate on behalf of the OUCA on Sunday (January 23).

During the event Love was photographed mingling with OUCA members, and spoke of her support for Wikileaks.

She also revealed work has begun on a concept album about George Osborne. OK. We made that bit up.
