Demob Happy & Hot Face to play launch party for DIY’s February 2026 issue

As you may have guessed by now, we’re rather big fans of our print magazine, and figured it was about time that we celebrated it a little more, so - after a brilliant night celebrating with Picture Parlour and She’s In Parties back in November - we’re once again throwing a special launch party for our new issue! 

We’ve teamed up with live promoters Gotobeat for the launch of our forthcoming February 2026 issue, with none other than swaggering rock and roll legends Demob Happy joining us as headliners! Set to release their brilliant new album, ‘The Grown-Ups Are Talking’, physically on 30th January (and on streaming services from 13th February), they’ll be joining us down at The Lexington on Friday 6th February for a very special taste of the new record as part of their release celebrations. 

What’s more, we’re continuing to shine a light on some of our favourite new acts, courtesy of a set by Speedy Wunderground newees Hot Face, who’ll be opening up on the night and featuring in our February ‘26 Neu section.
