Flamingods return with ‘Kewali’

And a pretty amazing new press shot to boot.
Flamingods have detailed a new EP, ‘Kewali’, and shared its title track. The new record is set to come out 26th May via Moshi Moshi, and comes complete with a pretty amazing and suitably bonkers new photo.
Talking about the title track, the band say: “‘Kewali’ is a song deep rooted in love and the idea of celebrating what’s around you; to be accepting and open to new experiences and cultures. It’s something we felt particularly passionate about whilst writing the EP, given the uncertainty felt by so many around the world right now.”
Flamingods are set to head out to Austin next month for a bunch of shows at SXSW, and also have a series of festival shows lined up, including Field Day and Bluedot, as well as two UK shows in support of the Mercury-nominated The Comet Is Coming and a headline date next month at London’s Village Underground.
