On Tuesday 15th March, SXSW kicks off with a DIY Presents night at 1100 East 5th Street, Austin, TX aka here.
Future-pop star Empress Of headlines the bill, following the release of head-turning debut album ‘Me’. She’s joined by bearded wizard and professional warbler Jack Garratt, the “Sound of 2016” who’s now taking on the States.
November DIY cover stars Hinds are getting involved, post-changing the game with ‘Leave Me Alone’. They’re backed by the very exciting Pumarosa, whose debut single ‘Priestess’ sets an almighty standard.
Completing the bill - Class of 2016 stars Partybaby and the brilliant Diet Cig.
