News Sweeping The Nation Put Together Compilation For Macmillan Cancer Support

Music blog Sweeping The Nation has put together a compilation of new bands in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

The charity compilation, called 'Doesn't Your Balloon Ever Land?', features 25 contributions from the likes of Standard Fare, Screaming Maldini, and This Many Boyfriends, as well as an exclusive track from Her Parents (made-up of members from Dananananaykroyd and Internet Forever).

The blog last year raised almost £200 with their 'We Make Our Own Mythologies' compilation (which featured Johnny Foreigner, Stagecoach, and others). Their new compilation is available now, costing a minimum donation of £3 with all proceeds going to the cancer charity.
