Listen Swim Deep team up with Thai duo Dept for ‘Good News’

With their new collaborative EP ‘Familiarise Yourself With The Closest Exit’ out now, Swim Deep are sharing the final single ‘Good News’, which features Thai duo Dept.

“I was talking to our Thai friend Onsiri about my grand plan to collaborate with a band from Bangkok, thinking it would help us build on what we have out there while also shining a light on the amazing music coming from there that no one really gets to hear in England,” the band’s Austin Williams explains. “She recommended this band ‘Dept’, and after listening to them I immediately became a fan, and could imagine our two sounds becoming hitched in matrimony. After reaching out to them they said they had actually been in the crowd at our gigs there, so it was a mutual appreciation from the start.”
