News The Knife To Reissue First Two Albums
Dreijer siblings re-release their early 2000s breakthroughs.
There exist a fair few people, somewhere in the world, still trying to get into 'Shaking The Habitual'. They sit alone, unshaved, in muggy apartments. It's their 500th listen of The Knife's latest album, but something still isn't clicking. They retire to sleep, wake with a new perspective, and try again.
Or if they've any common sense, they'd just return to some of the Dreijer siblings' early works. Stalwart fans of The Knife's shiny, eerie synth-pop will rejoice at news that Artist Intel are set to re-release both 2000's self-titled debut and 2003's 'Deep Cuts' on vinyl.
Meanwhile, as FACT reports, 'A Tooth For An Eye' gains release as a single on 23rd July via Mute.
Stream 'Pass This On' from 2003's 'Deep Cuts' below.
