Tweens cancel tour plans, including Primavera Club performance and DIY Presents show

Due to “unforeseen personal circumstances”, Tweens have been forced to cancel their forthcoming appearance at Primavera Club and the remainder of their November tour, including a DIY Presents gig at Birthdays, London on 2nd November.

The date would have marked a rare UK performance for the Ohio trio - Bridget Battle on vocals and guitar, Peyton Copes on bass and Jerri Queen on drums - who released their debut on Frenchkiss Records earlier this year. They’ve not long finished a US run with Chicago’s Twin Peaks.

Fans will be able to get a ticket refund at their point of purchase. Support at the DIY date would have come from Brighton’s Abattoir Blues and experimental Jesus Fucking Christ.

Watch the band’s video for ‘Forever’, directed and edited by Joe Castrucci, below.
