Listen Viagra Boys share new track ‘Troglodyte’

The track gets taken from their forthcoming third album ‘Cave World’.

Following on from last month’s news confirming details of their third album, Viagra Boys have offered up another slice of it.

The Swedish post punk band’s latest offering comes in the form of ‘Troglodyte’, and is taken from their forthcoming new record ‘Cave World’.

A comparison of modern man and the aforementioned troglodytes (aka cave-dwellers - we get the theme!), speaking of the new track, the band’s frontman Sebastian Murphy has said: “People look down at apes as primitive life forms, but we’re just this horrible, lazy society killing each other and starting wars, while they’re able to love and feel. Does that make them the true ape or us?”

The band’s new album ‘Cave World’ follows on from last year’s ‘Welfare Jazz’ and is due for release on 8th July via YEAR0001.
