Scots bring their indie-pop to DIY’s Alcove stage

2015 is getting bigger for Glasgow’s Tuff Love. This summer has already brought gigantic support slots with the reunited Ride, and a slot on the BBC Introducing stage at Glastonbury. Today, the duo continue their ascent with a performance on DIY’s Alcove stage at Latitude 2015.

The well-attended set teases new material of an as yet unnannounced upcoming release, while also showing the band still growing ever more comfortable with their older tracks. With ‘Slammer’, their glowingly received penultimate track, they have their hit.

The way in which Tuff Love take this momentum into the autumn will be the real test, but today’s set shows a band growing quickly, and bigger with every show.
