Muse’s ‘Drones’ top the midweek Official Album Charts
Trio are set to score one of the year’s biggest-selling albums.
Muse is currently sitting at the top of the midweek Official Album Charts with their new album ‘Drones’.
Released on Monday 8th June, ‘Drones’ is currently outselling the rest of the top five combined, and is course to be one of 2015’s fastest selling albums.
Last week’s number 1, Florence + The Machine’s ‘How Big How Blue How Beautiful’ has dropped to number 2, while Leftfield’s first album in sixteen years ‘Alternative Light Source’ is at number 3. Of Monsters & Men’s ‘Beneath The Skin’ and Collabro’s ‘Act Two’ currently complete the top five.
Meanwhile, The Rolling Stones’ rereleased ‘Sticky Fingers’ is at number 6 and FFS - the supergroup of Franz Ferdinand and Sparks - are also in the top ten, with their eponymous debut landing at number 7.
