Superfood x DIY Superfood: Meet the band
Meet the crazy individuals behind your new favourite band, from most influential albums to weirdest habits.
For every brilliant band, there’s a diverse bunch of people behind it. They’re often stranger than even the weirdest depths of their own songs. Superfood sing about raisins, not being able to sleep without television static, hangovers, boredom - everything. Peer behind those oddities and they’re an undeniably friendly bunch, but during out big feature with the band they discuss and defend all of their personal tastes, from best film, to most awesome celebrity.
Ahead of their free gigs with DIY, we decided to get to know each member of the band that little bit more.
We chose the hot topics - favourite film, favourite album, favourite food, plus that all important zinger: Celebrity they’d most like to be in the present day (or past, if you’re drummer Carl Griffin).
They even kindly provided their date of births, which makes the youngsters’ ascent even more jealousy-inducing, to be completely honest.
For everything Superfood, head to the newly-fledged DIY x Superfood hub. We’ve got a big feature around their album, a playlist of their on-the-road favourites and plenty more.
