Alex Burey streams new track, ‘The Intimidator’

19 year old songwriter Alex Burey is readying the release of his debut EP - plus his first ever live shows - and now the South London-based soul-pop fusionist is streaming a new track, ‘The Intimidator’.

Similarly smattered with horns and smart samples to his first tracks ‘Inside World’ and ‘Unspoken’, this latest cut is a gorgeously mad meeting of minds. Genre staples tangle wires in ways that they shouldn’t - clarinet lines linking with sharp, sudden beats - but Burey has a habit of pulling these things off. The making of a special songwriter.
