Ardyn share new track ‘Throwing Stones’
Tourist has produced the new cut from the duo.

After working with Tourist on his recent single ‘We Stayed Up All Night’ and switching up their own formula with the electro-pop stomper ‘Together’ earlier in the year, Katy and Rob Pearson – aka Ardyn – are back with another tune.
They’ve teamed up with Tourist once again on ‘Throwing Stones’, which sees the pair moving into slightly darker territory, Katy’s vocals gliding across stabbing, orchestral strings and smooth electro-pop melodies. It’s also accompanied by a striking and colourful animated video.
Speaking of the song, Katy Pearson said: “Throwing stones was inspired by feeling very disillusioned, in particular with the current state of politics and unrest in the world. With everything seemingly going a bit haywire, I felt I needed to put that into words. We’d also recently watched ‘The Birds’ by Alfred Hitchcock which definitely stuck with me, so the song party draws from that film”.
She continued: “Working on this song was so much fun and Tourist, who produced it, took it to a really exciting place, in fact this is one of our favourite songs we’ve ever written”.
