Watch Blondshell debut new track ‘Salad’ on Jimmy Fallon

Blondshell premiered a new song ‘Salad’, live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night (4th April) in her US TV debut. The track is the latest single to be taken from her upcoming self-titled debut album, which is set to land on Friday (7th April), and is described in a press release as a “revenge fantasy of sorts”, telling the story of an imagined vigilante seeking justice after a friend’s abuser is cleared of his crime. Speaking about her debut album, Blondshell said: “It’s hard to summarise what this album means to me. I was able to work through so much by writing and singing these songs. In a way I was also able to find my voice by finally saying these things out loud. “I wasn’t intending to write an album as much as I was just trying to get relief from an intense and difficult time in my life.
