Bullet For My Valentine lead the mid-week albums chart
The Welsh metallers are sitting just ahead of Cilla Black in the mid-weeks.
Welsh metallers Bullet For My Valentine look set to take the top spot in this week’s UK albums chart, with new record ‘Venom’ on course to give the band their first number one record.
Close behind, though - with just over 1,000 sales’ difference - is Cilla Black’s ‘Very Best Of’, which re-entered the chart following the entertainer’s death two weeks ago. Check out the video for Bullet’s latest single ‘You Want a Battle? (Here’s a War)’ below.
Other notable entries in the albums chart include fellow Welshies Neck Deep, whose second record ‘Life’s Not Out To Get You’ is currently at number 7, and Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, who enter at number 13 with ‘Blossom’.
The singles chart sees The Weeknd just about hold onto the top five with ‘Can’t Feel My Face’, down two from last week’s third place spot.
