Doves Find The Places Between For Best Of
Doves are set to take their four albums and condense them down to one lovely Best Of.
Doves are set to take their four albums and condense them down to one lovely Best Of.
‘The Places Between’ is a “multi format” Best Of that (quoting the press release) “cherry picks the best from Number One albums ‘The Last Broadcast’ and ‘Some Cities’, last year’s critically-acclaimed masterpiece ‘Kingdom of Rust’ and their generation-defining debut ‘Lost Souls’”. To be honest, this is one band we can’t even bring ourselves to argue with the hyperbole on.
As well as the old stuff, there’s a bunch of new tracks too. The second disc is full of B sides, rarities and unreleased songs, including ‘Blue Water’, ‘Drifter’ (featuring Cherry Ghost’s Simon Aldred) and new single ‘Andalucia’
