ELO announce 2025 headline of BST Hyde Park as last ever live show

Electric Light Orchestra - better known as ELO - have confirmed that their final ever show will be on Sunday 13th July 2025, when they’ll headline one day of London’s BST Hyde Park concert series.

Led by British music stalwart Jeff Lynne, the band’s last live appearance will follow their currently ongoing ‘Over and Out’ US tour, and will conclude a career that has seen them top the charts, sell out venues around the world, and get inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (not to mention cement their legacy in pop culture with the iconic ‘Mr Blue Sky’).

Speaking about the historic show, Lynne has explained: “My return to touring began at Hyde Park in 2014. It seems like the perfect place to do our final show. We couldn’t be more excited to share this special night in London with our UK fans. As the song goes, ‘we’re gonna do it One More Time!’”

ELO are the first headline act to be confirmed for BST Hyde Park 2025, after this Summer saw the likes of Robbie Williams, Stevie Nicks, SZA and more all top their respective bills.

Tickets for ELO’s headline day will go on sale at 9am this Friday, 25th October here; check out the festival’s official poser below.
