Explosions In The Sky To Score Film Starring Al Pacino
They’ll start work on Manglehorn this autumn.
Explosions In The Sky - along with composer David Wingo - have announced they will work on the score for upcoming film, Manglehorn.
Production is set to begin on the David Gordon Green directed, Al Pacino starring flick this autumn.
It’s the second score the pairing will produce for Green, following Prince Avalanche (released on 5th August).
The news comes at a busy time for the band; in addition to a summer of festivals, they’re about to head out on the road with Nine Inch Nails in the US.
They’re also soon to begin work on the follow up to their 2011 album, ‘Take Care, Take Care, Take Care’.
