FKA twigs gives incredible ‘Figure 8’/‘In Time’ MOBO Awards performance

It’s blindingly obvious by this point that FKA twigs is next level, but she rubbed salt in the wound with a performance at last night’s MOBO (Music of Black Origin) Awards, taking place in Leeds.

Combining ‘Figure 8’ and ‘In Time’ from her ‘M3LL155X’ EP, this was another example of twigs’ striking combination of choreography and inventive pop. Watch the performances below.

Twigs was nominated for three MOBOs - Best Female Act, and two for Best Video. She won the latter with her ‘Pendulum’ clip.

Other winners on the night included Drake for Best International Album, Stormzy for Best Grime and Best Male Act, and Skepta for Best Song with ‘Shutdown’.
