FKA twigs previews debut album with ‘Pendulum’

FKA twigs has shared ‘Pendulum’, the emotion-swinging centrepiece of her debut album ‘LP1’.

Premiered on Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 show as a Hottest Record, it links up with the masterful ‘Two Weeks’ and the autobiographical ‘Video Girl’, which emerged earlier this week.

Initially a headspin of multi-layered vocals and scattered beats, it eventually boils up into brilliant, sizzling motion.

In promoting the song, Dev Hynes also confirmed that he’s contributed production to a track on the album - ‘Hours’.

LP1’ is released on 11th August via Young Turks. ‘Pendulum’ and ‘Two Weeks’ form part of a new 12” release, available via fkatwi.gs.
