Forth Wanderers share new track ‘Nevermine’
The New Jersey bunch’s self-titled new album is out next month.
After taking a bit of a break after the release of their excellent EP ‘Slop’ back in 2016, Forth Wanderers recently announced their return, a self-titled new full-length due to come out on 27th April through Sub Pop.
Speaking at the time of the album’s announcement, guitarist and songwriter Ben Guterl said: “We have embraced our roles in the collaboration process. Everyone’s gotten better at their instruments and we trust each other more because we know how the machine works”.
The New Jersey bunch shared ‘Not For Me’ at the time, and now they’ve shared another slice from the album, ‘Nevermine’. While it at first seems to be built on spindly, complex guitar melodies, it bursts pretty explosively in the hook, with Ava Trilling’s words floating atop it.
