François & The Atlas Mountains Announce New Album ‘Piano Ombre’
Listen to the giddy, French-tongued lead track ‘La Vérité’.

Giddy pop specialists François & the Atlas Mountains have confirmed details of a new album, following on from a short, not that enlightening trailer released two weeks ago.
On 2012 LP ‘E Volo Love’ the band employed jiving, excitable rhythms and playful tribal percussion; that stance doesn’t look like changing on the basis of new track ‘La Vérité’. All hyped up synths (like something out of a Fisher Price set, or a N64 Mario game), it’s a slickly applied preview of new album ‘Piano Ombre’ that channels Battles after downing one too many sweeteners. Domino release the LP in March 2014 - pre-order here.
