Frank Iero and the Future Violents announce UK tour dates

The news comes after the release of their new album ‘Barriers’.

Fresh from the release of their new album ‘Barriers’, Frank Iero and the Future Violents have announced plans for a series of UK shows.

The band, fronted by the former My Chemical Romance guitarist, are set to play six shows this August alongside Laura Jane Grace and the Devouring Mothers.

“I am so excited to be touring with our friends Laura Jane Grace and the Devouring Mothers in the next few months,” Frank has said, of the tour dates. “They are great people, fantastic musicians, and put out one of my favourite records of last year. I really think it’s going to be an incredible set of shows.”

The shows - which follow on from their festival appearances at Godiva and 2000trees festivals - kicks off in Glasgow, and they’ll visit Edinburgh, Manchester, London, Bristol and Birmingham.

Tickets go on general sale this Friday (21st June) from 9am.
