Frank Ocean shares new cover of The Isley Brothers

As fans wait with bated breath for news of a follow up to ‘channel ORANGE’, Frank Ocean has shared a cover of The Isley Brothers’ track ‘At Your Best (You Are Love)’.

Aaliyah also covered the track back in 2001, and with yesterday (January 16th) being what would have been the late singer’s 36th birthday, the track has been seen by many as a tribute.

There is still no news on when a second LP from the Odd Future affiliate will materialise, although a 2015 release is very much expected. Ocean returned to the studio shortly after the release of ‘channel ORANGE’, and previously hinted at a 2014 release.

In November of last year a new tracked titled ‘Memrise’ was shared, fuelling speculation about a forthcoming record, but no official announcement has followed.
