Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor has confirmed that the band’s fifth studio album is nearly complete.
Posting on Twitter over the weekend, he revealed: ‘Hot Chip album update: we have one more song to record then we have enough songs and we’re gonna stop. Cannot wait to play them to y’all. Al’
It is thought the tracklisting will include the songs ‘Ends Of The Earth’ and ‘Look At Where We Are’.
The release follows on from 2010’s ‘One Life Stand’, and more recently Joe Goddard’s work with The 2 Bears - who have an album out later this month.
