“I think this could be my last interview,” FKA twigs tells Sunday Times journalist
She was irritated by repeated questions about her private life, telling the interviewer, “I don’t really understand the fascination.”

In a new interview with The Sunday Times, FKA twigs has stated “I think this could be my last interview.”
During the interview, twigs reveals that she was mugged in London outside a yoga studio, and that she suffers from tinnitus after years of listening to punk albums on cheap headphones. Speaking with journalist Katie Glass, twigs also talks frankly and openly about her feelings towards the racist abuse she receives on twitter, as well as trolls targeting a fan who is dying from cancer.
However, twigs grows increasingly irritable as the interview focuses less on her music, craft or art, and more on her relationship with actor Robert Pattinson. At one especially ridiculous point she’s asked “have you watched Twilight?” (twigs simply responds “no”) and twigs says on the subject of celebrity “I don’t engage in that world, even with myself, even with my own career.”
The questions continue, with Glass asking “about the wedding”. ““Who told you I was getting married?” retorts a clearly angry twigs. “You might read somewhere I’m a monkey and it doesn’t mean I am.” She goes on, saying she is “not prepared to talk about my private life. I don’t really understand the fascination.”
FKA twigs concludes “I think this could be my last interview. I can’t do it. It makes me feel nutty.”
