James Murphy Directs His Own Short Film, ‘Little Duck’
Murphy’s directorial debut is based out in Japan.

He might not have been allowed to get near David Bowie’s $13-budget new music video, but James Murphy’s offered up his directorial debut with a new short film.
Shot for Canon Project Imagination, Murphy took inspiration from a series of stills uploaded by photographers to the Project Imaginat10n site.
The result is a film called ‘Little Duck’. It’s shot out in the Japanese countryside, combining vivid imagery with a Childish Gambino track. Just like that.
