Justin Timberlake & Jay-Z Head Up Wireless Festival Bill
This year’s edition also sees Frank Ocean and Kendrick Lamar make appearances.

We’ve all got a little bit of the Justin Timberlake fever right now, so it’s really rather exciting to discover that he’ll be returning to the UK later this year.
Having already confirmed plans for a tiny, intimate show following his performance at the BRIT Awards this week, JT will be coming back to our fair isle as one of the headliners for this year’s Wireless Festival. The other headliner, you ask? Well, that’d be JT’s latest collaborator, Mr Jay Z.
Taking place, for the first time, at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this year’s Wireless will take place on 12th and 13th July. The Friday line-up is set to boast the likes of Snoop Dogg, Trey Songz, John Legend, Miguel and Frank Ocean, while Emeli Sande, Rita Ora, Kendrick Lamar, Miguel (again!), DJ Fresh and Calvin Harris will all join Jay Z on the Saturday.
As the festival celebrates its ninth birthday in 2013, Live Nation’s Steve Homer is already sure that this is set to be the best yet: “Wireless Festival has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 2005, we’re incredibly excited to take it to its new home, London’s iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and are delighted to secure Justin Timberlake and welcome back JAY Z. Securing these two artists – JAY Z for his only European performance of 2013 and Justin Timberlake for his only UK festival appearance this year – cements our reputation as a world class player on the festival circuit.”
Tickets for the event are due to go on sale at 9am on Friday 22nd February and are priced at £57.50 plus booking fee for a day, or £110 plus booking fee for two.
Head to the official Wireless website for more information.
