LICE announce ‘It All Worked Out Great Vol. 1 & 2’ collection with the furious ‘Stammering Bill’

It’s the first release on Balley Records, the new label from Joe Talbot of IDLES.

Bristol’s LICE have been causing quite a stir over the last year, touring with YOWL and providing yet more evidence that the South West city is a hotbed for crazed, new British punk.

The band are set to release a new collection called ‘It All Worked Out Great Vol. 1 & 2’ across April and May, and we’ve got the first play of its first preview, ‘Stammering Bill’. The track is a crazed, furious offering, threatening to fall apart at the seams and being all the more thrilling for it.

The new release, which serves as an ‘early years collection’, is coming out via Balley Records, the label of Joe Talbot from IDLES.

Speaking of the band, Joe says: “As we watch the world seemingly burn; solace is found in the boundless passions of our peers and the hard workings born from that. LICE are a force beyond the rabble. We are in love. Up the open-minded and up the open-hearted.”

The band are set to tour with IDLES next month, alongside a pair of headline gigs.

‘It All Worked Out Great Vol. 1’ comes out on 5th April, with Vol. 2 following on the 25th May.
