Listen: Lyla Foy Unveils ‘Feather Tongue’ Track, Announces Debut Album

As she proudly states on this new track, Lyla Foy does indeed possess a feather tongue. It drifts with the wind, softly announcing itself before making an unlikely, unforgettable impact.

FKA Wall, Lyla’s recently signed to Sub Pop, and ‘Feather Tongue’ appeared as part of her December ‘Easy’ single and it’ll feature on her debut album, ‘Mirrors the Sky’.

The debut is released on 17th March.

Like the barbs of a feather giving way to the season, this is a song that’s in lieu to its surroundings, taking flight with beat-shunning synths and Lyla’s customary, sweet-laced vocals.
