Listen to Queens of the Stone Age’s new album ‘Villains’
It’s their most danceable record to date.

Rejoice! After months of teasing, speculation, lie detector tests and dance numbers, Queens of the Stone Age’s new album ‘Villains’ is out today! Hurrah!
The new album contains the recent single ‘The Evil Has Landed’ and ‘The Way You Used To Do’, which got an all-singing, all-dancing video based on the cult classic ‘Hellzapoppin’. That was a pretty apt clip because ‘Villains’ is probably the bands’ most danceable record to date. And don’t worry, producer Mark Ronson hasn’t put his signature brass everywhere, and the likes of ‘Feet Don’t Fail Me’ still have some gargantuan riffs that could fill out any stadium.
In our review of the album, we said: “Even on its stormier moments, (the ‘Telegram Sam’-nodding ‘Un-Reborn Again’; ‘Domesticated Animals” deliciously crunchy, dirty riffs), the record never loses its sass. As a whole, ‘Villains’ is the Californian filthmongers’ most danceable offering yet – and all the better for it”. It’s no wonder that we gave it all of the stars.
