Listen: Shivum Sharma Streams ‘Only You’ Track

On one single alone, it immediately became presumed that Shivum Sharma would be a fully-blown superstar. He has a voice for ballads. Big ones that soundtrack sports montages and emotional ends to episodes of Holby. Saying that, new song ‘Only You’ (which is the b-side to ‘Flicker’), seems like anything but a conventional let’s-sell-shedloads Emili Sande approach. It’s a soul-dusted, dusky number that gets by on obtuse grooves and the 19 year old’s observations of ‘a sizzling of the tongue.’ All very clever, it showcases a completely different side to the National Anthem signing.
