Listen: The Weeknd, Kanye West Remix Beyonce’s ‘Drunk In Love’

Out of the blue, one of the year’s defining songs so far (noting its December 2013 release but come on, that Grammy performance), Beyonce and Jay Z’s ‘Drunk In Love’, has picked up remixes from some very big names.

The most recent is The Weeknd, who adds his own lyrics, verses and silky-smooth R&B interpretation. Predictably it contains the lyric ‘I woke up in the morning, models passed out in the shower,’ living up to recent album ‘Kiss Land”s skyscraper, sadface routine.

Then there’s Kanye West, who’s provided a verse of his own, where he calls Kim Kardashian lots of very rude things. Unbelieveably, out of the two remixes offered up, The Weeknd’s is probably the most polite (it’s also the one being given away as a free download). Listen to both of them below.
