Massive Attack announce huge hometown show in Bristol
It’ll be their first gig in the city for a decade.

Massive Attack have announced a massive show in their hometown of Bristol on 3rd September.
The locals will play up on the city’s Downs, and it’ll be the band’s first gig in the city for a decade. Support for the show will come from Primal Scream and Skepta, with more acts set to be announced.
Speaking about The Downs concert, Massive Attack’s 3D said in a press release: “We are curating what we hope will become an annual event; something made in Bristol with an international reach. We will also use the project to engage with the important social and political issues of the day”.
Elsewhere, Massive Attack play another huge outdoor concert in London’s Hyde Park later this year.
Tickets for Massive Attack’s return to Bristol go on sale this Friday (20th May) at 9am. Listen to ‘Teardrops’ below.
