More Acts Announced For Isle Of Wight Festival 2012

Following the announcement that Pearl Jam, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be headlining next year’s Isle of Wight Festival, more acts have been revealed.

Alongside the three massive American headliners, the likes of The Darkness, Feeder and Professor Green have been added to the line-up.

Whilst Feeder will be opening the main stage on the Friday, The Darkness will be closing the Big Top stage on the evening of the Sunday.

Other acts that have been confirmed to appear will be Professor Green, Wretch 32, Loick Essien and Clement Marfo & The Frontline, joining the likes of Elbow, Biffy Clyro, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds and Noah & The Whale.

The Isle Of Wight Festival takes place from the 22nd - 24th June at Seaclose Park, Newport.
