Muse are playing a one-off requests show

Before Reading and Leeds, the band will play fans’ favourites at Shepherds Bush Empire, to raise money for The Passage.

Ahead of headlining Reading and Leeds festival in August, Muse are set to play a one-off By Request show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush on August 19th.

The benefit gig will raise funds for The Passage - London’s largest voluntary resource centre for homeless and vulnerable people in the city. The charity provides outreach services, hostels, advice, and training across the capital.

“We have admired The Passage’s work for a while now,” said Muse’s Matt Bellamy.” Their work is vital to the community in London. We are looking forward to doing our bit to help the amazing staff and volunteers and the homeless people who benefit from their tireless hard work.”

Anybody lucky enough to snap up a ticket to the gig will be able to pick out their ten favourite Muse songs, and the band will then base their setlist on fans’ suggestions.

Tickets for the show go on sale at 9am on Friday (July 6th), with a pre-sale running 48 hours in advance of general sale for Reading and Leeds ticket-holders, and members of the Muse fan club.
