Muse unveil ‘JFK + Defector’ lyric video
Clip features the moon landing, Martin Luther King Jr. and lots of tanks.
Muse have unveiled another lyric video to preview their forthcoming ‘Drones’ album.
‘JFK + Defector’ follows suit by not actually revealing the entire lyrics to the song, instead focusing on big, meaning-laced words like “DEFECTOR” and “STRONG” and “BROKEN”. The clip itself brings together footage of the Saddam Hussein statue collapsing, the American flag burning, the first ever moon landing, Martin Luther King Jr., plus lots of soldiers and tanks. It’s all projected on an old computer screen, which promptly gets hammered in.
‘Drones’ is released next Monday, 8th June.
