Muse’s drone blimp crashes into crowd
The drones have won.

Matt Bellamy’s worst fears have come true. The drones have won.
During last night’s (14th April) gig at London’s O2 Arena, an elaborate drone blimp - made as part of the band’s stage show - suffered a technical malfunction and fell into a section of the crowd.
Fortunately, no fans were hurt in the incident. Although O2 Arena stewards had to hurriedly remove it from the area.
This follows the news that Bellamy has invested money in The Drone Racing League (DRL). He’s one of several investors to have collectively contributed £5.6 million, NME reports, into the new-fangled scheme, which hopes to become a successor in popularity to Formula 1 and NASCAR.
Hopefully those racing drones will be more reliable than Matt’s blimp.
