Nine Inch Nails’ Alessandro Cortini announces solo LP, shares lead track ‘La Sveglia’
The Trent Reznor collaborator is set to perform ‘Risveglio’ at an audiovisual performance in August.

Frequent Trent Reznor collaborator Alessandro Cortini has announced a new double album, ‘Risveglio’. It’s out on 27th July via noise-artist Prurient’s Hospital Productions. He’s also shared the lead track, ‘La Sveglia’
Best known as a major cog of Nine Inch Nails, both on tour and in the studio, Cortini also plays in Reznor’s other project How to destroy angels_. Like Cortini’s solo debut ‘Sonno,’ ‘Risveglio’ was written and recorded on the road. It’s a cyclic piece of noise that builds over six shadowy, haunting minutes.
In August, Alessandro Cortini will perform both ‘Risveglio’ and his debut ‘Sonno’ in a live audio-visual performance in Berlin. That’ll take place at Berlin’s Atonal Festival (August 19th-23rd).
