Plan B Announces New Album And Film

British rapper Plan B has announced details of his forthcoming album ‘iLL Manors’, set for release via Atlantic Records on 7th May.

It is the follow-up to hugely-successful predecessor ‘The Defamation of Strickland Banks’, which earned the singer many accolades and plaudits including a BRIT Award.

Plan B said of the upcoming album:

‘You could call ‘iLL Manors’ ‘bass-line, soul, hip-hop.’ The album has the lyrical depth of my first record but the musical composition is light years ahead as it’s informed by everything I’ve learnt in the last five years - writing, producing and playing with a live band. I feel I’m better than I’ve ever been.’

The album will be preceded by an accompanying full length motion picture, released on 4th May - written and directed by Plan B himself.
