Rizzle Kicks announce headline show at London’s KOKO

The one-off gig is set to be the duo’s first live performance in nearly a decade.

Rizzle Kicks follow comeback single 'Javelin' by announcing November 2024 headline show at London's KOKO

Having made their joyous return last month with comeback single ‘Javelin’, Rizzle Kicks have now shared details of a standalone headline show at London’s KOKO this Autumn.

Scheduled for 8th November, the gig will be the first live performance from the duo - made up of Jordan Stephens and Harley Sulé - in nearly ten years. We’re back and we’re finally doing it again,” they have said. “Being back on stage together is one of the things we’ve been looking forward to most about this comeback and it would mean the world doing it with you guys. We just can’t wait to play some new tracks, and some old ones of course, and do what we love the most, together.”

Produced by Swindle (Greentea Peng, Kojey Radical, Celeste) and previous collaborator Ant Whiting, ‘Javelin’ was Rizzle Kicks’ first new music since their 2013 sophomore album, ‘Roaring 20s’. Described by the pair as “a statement of intent” that’s “guaranteed to life spirits”, the track is our first taste of a forthcoming longer project that finds them sober, in love, and more mature - but still with the same sense of humour and fun they’ve always had.

Tickets for Rizzle Kicks’ headline show at KOKO will go on sale here at 10am this Thursday, 12th September. Watch this space for more to come from the duo, but in the meantime you can check out ‘Javelin’ below.
