San Fermin announces new album, streams ‘Parasites’

Ellis Ludwig-Leone’s San Fermin has confirmed a new album, ‘Jackrabbit’. The follow-up to a self-titled debut from 2013, it’s due out 27th April on Downtown Records / Sony RED.

The record was co-produced with Peter Katis (The National, Interpol), with a full band including violin, trumpet and guitar sections.

Lead track ‘Parasites’ is streaming below. Chaotic but controlled to the extreme, it’s a maddening combination of slick pop and classical influences, with a mid-section coming off like an Irish barn dance after five too many pints of Guinness. It’s available to purchase here.
