Speech Debelle Confirms Second Album Release Date, New Single, And Headline London Show

Following news that Speech Debelle would release the follow up to her Mercury Music Prize-winning debut album, the artist has now confirmed the release date for it.

Details of ‘Freedom of Speech’ - which follows on from 2009’s ‘Speech Therapy’ - were first revealed back in November of 2011, and it’s now been announced that the album will be release through Big Dada on 13th February.

The London-based artist has also revealed that ‘I’m With It’ will be the first single to come from her new album, as well as details of a London headline show.

The single will come out one week after ‘Freedom of Speech’ on 20th February, while she’ll play at London’s Jazz Cafe on 23rd February.
