The Weeknd shares two new tracks from ‘Starboy’
His new record’s set to feature Daft Punk, Lana Del Rey, and Kendrick Lamar.
The Weeknd is dropping his David Bowie-referencing album ‘Starboy’ next Friday (25th November), so what better time to drop not one but two new tracks?
‘I Feel It Coming’ sees Abel Tesfaye teaming up once again with Daft Punk, having previously united for the LP’s title track. In contrast to the R&B vibes of ‘Starboy,’ here they create a smooth, romantic future-disco number.
Meanwhile, ‘Party Monster’ sees Abel getting a bit reflective, sounding almost mournful as he wishes for “a girl who gonna really understand” and lamenting life in the fast lane.
The Weeknd have also shared more details about ‘Starboy,’ revealing that there will be guest spots from Lana Del Rey, Future and Kendrick Lamar.
