Wild Nothing announces new album ‘Indigo’ and releases new single ‘Letting Go’
‘Indigo’ is set for release in August.
Wild Nothing, the project of Los Angeles-based Jack Tatum, has announced fourth album ‘Indigo’, due for release 31st August via Captured Tracks.
‘Indigo’ is Wild Nothing’s first album since 2016’s ‘Life Of Pause’. Via a press release, Jack explains of the album: “I wanted it to sound like a classic studio record, as close as I could get it there. It just boils down to me wanting to fit into some larger narrative, musically, in terms of these artists I love. I think about how my music will age. Ideas of ‘timeless’ are going to be different—so if Indigo is not timeless then it’s at least ‘out of time.’”
He’s also released the first track from the record ‘Letting Go’, his first music in over two years. Listen below.
