Wolf Alice, SOPHIE & Twin Shadow for SXSW 2015
A second wave of acts have been added to the bill for next year’s Austin, Texas festival.
Wolf Alice, SOPHIE and Twin Shadow are just three of the acts that have been announced in a second wave of additions for next year’s SXSW.
Having already previousl confirmed the likes of Alvvays, Jessie Ware, Courtney Barnett and Deers for the festival in their initial announcement, the March 2015 event has now confirmed it will now play host to The Cribs, East India Youth, The Amazing Snakeheads, King Tuff, The Voyeurs as well as many more.
This year’s SXSW marks the 29th edition of the week-long proceedings, with the music-related segment of the week taking place from 17th to 21st March 2015.

In other SXSW-related news, a recent report looking into safety at the Austin, Texas event suggested that unofficial showcases would have to be cancelled or moved from a ‘perimeter’ - organisers have yet to announce a decision on plans to improve security at the event, following a tragic car crash at the 2014 festival.
