Kendrick Lamar unveils new single, ‘The Blacker The Berry’

Overnight, Kendrick Lamar has unveiled the latest track to be lifted from his forthcoming 2015 LP, the follow-up to ‘good kid, m.A.A.d city’.

Following ‘i’, new track ‘The Blacker The Berry’ has Kendrick declaring: “I’m the biggest hypocrite of 2015” before tackling race and heavy topics, backed by production from Boi-1da.

Last year Kendrick released the ‘i’ single as a standalone work, while work on LP2 continued. He also debuted a track on the Stephen Colbert show, which doesn’t look set to feature on the album.
