Flying Lotus plays Aphex Twin, Kendrick Lamar and new Lapalux in Radio 1 Residency
LA producer’s second Residency aired last night (12th February).
Last night, Steven Ellison aka Flying Lotus aired his second Radio 1 Residency, playing two hours of curated music.
FlyLo mixed together music from Kendrick Lamar (‘The Blacker The Berry’), Death Grips, Arca, Björk and Thom Yorke.
He also aired a new Lapalux track, ‘Don’t Mean A Thing’, taken from the producer’s new album on FlyLo’s Brainfeeder label.
All that, plus music from Teebs, Future Brown and Portishead. There was also a half hour guest mix from The Gaslamp Killer.
